Somerfield in South Norwood

God this store is crap! It was formerly Safeways and got bought up to Morrisons before being quickly passed onto Somerfield. However, the same staff are still there. What really really annoys me is that during peak times, there are bugger-all tills open, which means huge queues. Ridiculous. In Tesco or Sainsburys, they open unused tills quickly as soon as it's apparent that there are queues developing. Straight away. Not in this store, they don't even bother. In fact I can safely say there are more tills open during the day on a weekend (when there are less customers) then they are during rush hour in the evening!

Another thing is that no matter which queue you choose, there is always a dumb-ass idiotic tossing chav idiot in front who has the brains of a sloth and the speed to match and is guaranteed to either ask for fags (in which case the cashier will have to buzz for another person to go and get it... yes really) or have some obscure item that can't be scanned in. Grrrr!
